The Nutrient Bible is exactly what I expected....I study nutrition and this book is with me all the time now......I love when I get all information I need in one book when I need it.....Delivery was surprisingly quick.....I got it within a week....It is worth spending your money on....

Fabulous book for diabetes to understand what foods are good or bad for your health.

This is a fantastic book, really precise and factual.

I believe it is a great book with amazing amount of wisdoms however it is very hard to read, old style, more breakdowns and pictures would be good.
