MerrellMen's Trail Glove 7 Sneaker

These are my first barefoot shoes. I typically wear 8.5-9. I ordered both sizes and the 8.5 fit better. As a first barefoot shoe I started using them briefly and worked up to multiday use. These are very comfortable. You do feel the ground but not overwhelmingly. After all, you're wearing a shoe! After a month of use, all around from street walking to light hiking, they wear well. No blisters. With overuse, you might get some calf muscle strain. Not a problem, simply a warning with new barefoot shoe use. And, it's working to strengthen your calf muscles and balance. Others have commented that you might track soil into the house. Well, yes. After all the soles are not smooth/flat but ribbed. I suggest taking off ALL shoes when you enter your home. I'm looking forward to my next pair-more of a hiking shoe.

These are excellent shoes and great replacements for my older version. The sole is quite soft when compared my old version so I don’t expect long term endurance. The fit is perfect as is the comfort. I wear size 10.5 but size 10 here.Here’s a more personal insight from which I made my assessment:I’m extremely easy on shoes and do everything possible to maintain those shoes that I really like. At my age (59 years), once I have something that works, I’m very reluctant to change, but in the case of my VERY old Trail Gloves (gen 1?) it became time. Repairs using glue and Shoe Goo were effective for many years but even those two products reached their service limit. After not finding the same model, I tried these version 7’s and I couldn’t be happier. I give a strong recommendation with understanding that the sole is soft and might have a short lifespan for some users.I hope you enjoy these shoes as much as I do.

I really like these shoes! Even though they’re advertised as men’s shoes, I ordered a size 7 and they fit perfectly. The design is great, the pink, black, and white colors give it a stylish and slightly girly look, which I love. They’re also very comfortable to wear, and the quality feels solid. I’m happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend them

So i have purchased these shoes before directly from Merrell. I like these overall but the first pair did wear out pretty fast. The heals were worn down after a little over 100 miles.I ordered the second pair through amazon. since they were a lot cheaper. my problem with these is that they did not come in a Merrell shoe box and there was a chemical type smell to them. that I did not notice on the first pair. not sure why?besides that the shoe feels the same.

Great zero drop shoes, just what im looking for. Merrell are my go to shoes and these are my favorite so far.

I love these shoes. I wear them for rucking and I find that they have great grip on a varying range of surfaces. They are very flexible and have a great amount of flexibility which I find to be very comfortable.

These are WAY larger than normal sizing.

Nice fit on my wide feet. Same Merrell quality I've come to expect. Good price.
