Good value for the money
Very pleased over all. It's pretty sturdy. The main thing that could use some improvement are the hinges. They're fastened with just six short screws each. I think they're going to be taking a lot of the weight of sleepers. Having a backing plate and bolt and nut type hardware could make these much sturdier. That said, I'm quite pleased over all. Assembly does take time. Took about a full day including prep time. Taking time to prep by identifying (look at both the overall and detailed pages when necessary), relabeling (I used painters tape and a marker), and grouping all the parts I think helped a lot for both my sanity and overall assembly time.Update: Having had the bed fully assembled and used once, I can report that thus far there are zero issues with the hinges.

Nice foldaway bed
Overall exactly what we needed. Instructions could have been a little bit better so read them about 5 times before you start screwing things together, but it was easy enough to assemble. The fold up portion doesn't fit perfectly, but close enough to lock and you can't tell.

Solidly Built
The media could not be loaded. Pros: I'm very impressed with this cabinet bed. It's well built and feels solid, not like particle board. All the holes line up when assembling and it works perfectly so far. The bed arrives in 2 separate boxes and one of them is almost 100lbs. When assembled, it's a nice piece of furniture with space saving bed. I like the extra drawer with storage for linens and the two folding night stands on the side.Cons: the instructions are literally only pictures and nothing written, so you have to be very careful & pay attention to the small schematics. Overall it took about 3 hours to assemble and two people are best when lifting the pieces to put together. Save yourself some time and have a better grip Allen wrench than the single one provided (we have a multi size one with a full handle). The biggest concern is the middle support section doesn't align by about 3/4" with the main base support section - but does align with the end section - and the only thing holding it flush are the brackets with small screws (pictured). Seeing as this area is right around where you would sit on the side of the bed, I'm hoping this will not break over time.I purchased a separate queen sized 3-fold memory foam mattress (Molblly Folding Mattress, 6 inch... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B1DHK7TP?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) that works well in this cabinet bed.

Nice bed but a doozy to put together
The bed looks nice and is super heavy duty, and I mean heavy. The side supports feel a bit thin for holding up the whole bed. I am a professional assembly tech and this thing took me for a ride. First and foremost BUYER BEWARE: This ONLY comes with anchors for concrete, and the pre drilled holes are spaced 12.5", which does not match up to the studs on a typical house. I spoke to a contractor and he said the safest way to anchor this thing would be to put a backboard in to your wall so all 6 holes could be anchored down. When contacting the company about the issue they just can't seem to find any order to match and after several emails clearly stating what's wrong they ask for pictures. It's just a back and forth game with them.I didn't let that get in the way though, I was able to get it all built and to my surprise, the 12" Nectar mattress I bought for it is too big for the thing to close fully. This does NOT fit a full 12" mattress. So I'm left with the choice of either returning my mattress or the bed. Very frustrated with this thing.

Assembly was tough.
I consider myself fairly handy, and I assembled most of it myself. The instructions are terrible. And I get it, it's a relatively cheaper bed. But still...No words, and the pictures are too small. I had to do two revisions along the way. Also some holes were not pre drilled, which of course makes you second guess everything. Lastly the hardware was mixed up, numbering wise, and inconsistent with the identifier number in the manual. The components itself were all labeled which is good, but some were mislabeled, again requiring you to analyze these terribly small pictures to discern what is what. But once assembled, the bed is sturdy and folding it in and out is easy.

Sturdy bed
I placed this murphy bed in my office for guest to use when they come over and "temporarily" stay. It is a well put together murphy bed. The material is very durable and sturdy. It actually has some heavy pieces especially those door panels. You will have to mount bed to your wall to keep it from tipping over when you try and use it so keep that in mind. Overall it's a good product, I've had no issues with mine and I've been using it for guest for the past few months.

Great purchase, love it
This is exactly what i was looking for to replace my large bulky futon in my office/guest room. It’s shorter in width by ~6 inches, which saves me space when it’s closed. The bed seems firm when laying on it but fragile when extending to lay the mattress down. The foldable mattress fits nicely inside the Murphy bed frame when not in use
