A little goes a long way
The Clove in this Tunisian seasoning mix is no doubt extraordinarily strong, but I can use just a small amount to season my dishes. I started with one-fourth to one-half of a Teaspoon and went from there. Also, I added a little bit of Harissa seasoning (that I made with the spices I already have on hand) to the dish, and it worked quite well. I suggest cooking the dish with just a small amount of the Tunisian spice mix and adding more as you need it. Although this Tunisian seasoning isn't exactly what I was looking for, it does the job, and it should last a long time as long as it is stored in a cool & dry place. Hope this helps!

Strong clove flavor
The cloves were a bit overpowering. I was trying to find something like the Tunisian spice used in Hello Fresh. This was too strong to use the Hello Fresh recipe proportions.
