100% followed directions and tried this three times. 3rd strike it was returned. Direct washing worked better

The media could not be loaded.  My family loves enjoying fruits and vegetables, but I’m often concerned about the pesticides that may be left on them. I love this fruit and veggie cleaner, because it works without any kind of chemicals to purify the water, and use an ultrasonic cleaning to remove bacteria and pesticides from my fruits and veggies. It is cordless and rechargeable, and so easy to use. I just put it in my container of fruits or veggies with water and leave it on for about 10 minutes and it does its job. I have had this item plugged in to charge for approximately 4 hours. That’s a long darn time to be charging something! I have no idea how long it takes to charge, except that the instructions say when the green light stops flashing it’s ready. I might be returning this!

This is cheap plastic that broke after three uses. I have a generic version that is sturdy and keeps on going and going. I wanted two and the one I bought last time was no longer available.This was such a waste of way too much money that I decided I would not even risk another one of any brand. If my other one ever again becomes available, then I will buy a second.

I purchased this on Apr 2, 2023 and after 6 weeks it stopped charging up. I only used it a few times a week. I cannot find any help for this. If you click on the warranty link you get this: "Please contact the seller directly for warranty information for this product. You may also be able to find warranty information on the manufacturer’s website." How?If I click on the store link there is nothing about getting support for the customer. Does anyone know how to get help? This thing is too expensive to be broken within such a short time.

As you could see from the photo this product works very well! I used to clean some veggies and you can see the dirt left behind in the bowl of water after use. The instructions are very straightforward and the product was easy to use.

It was fine the first couple of uses. After I charged it the first time it fell apart! Completely charged but won’t turn on, the power button fell off and of course this happened just after the 30 days. Worthless!

Sadly, It didn’t work for me when I received it. I was really looking forward to use it too. The power button was loose, also didn’t charge very well. I had it on the charger port for an hour & yet still blinking color red. It was overheating as well. Yes! I can tell it overheated because when I pick it up the bottom was burning up. I don’t think that’s normal.
