I've been in verified Ketosis state for a few months now, this is the second pre-workout/energy keto product I've tried. I've used this product during/before my last 3-4 gym sessions and I've noticed this product just doesn't live up to past experiences with other products. Put another way - I've noticed a dip in my weight lifting performance, a lack of energy. I don't want to feel caffeinated to the extreme, but I need my muscles to feel ready to work hard. Maybe this product works for others, but for me personally my workouts have suffered since switching. I'm working out at 5am before my job, and I need the most out of my gym sessions as I'm a desk jockey 8am to 6pm. For me personally this product just can't keep up.Update: A few days after my review Zhou Nutrition automatically processed a full refund of this order and asked if there was anything they could do for me. Although the offer was appreciated, I did not take any free or trial products. I wasn't aware Zhou Nutrition had a "100% satisfaction guarantee", that was a nice surprise. Thank You Zhou Nutrition for the refund. I was perfectly happy to try out a product and under normal circumstances if it doesn't work eat the cost. That being said my review has nothing to do with money whatsoever.Additionally I will say that Zhou Nutrition's MCT Oil Powder with Prebiotic Acacia Fiber product I quite enjoy and seems to work as indicated with my body's chemistry. I'm on my 2nd order of the MCT oil and may consider subscribing.I'm updating my review so it's clear I have nothing against Zhou Nutrition, they have great customer support. So far, one of their products did work and another did not for me and I'd gladly try more of their products in the future.

I’m new to keto, after reading all the other reviews, I thought, what the heck, I’ve spent this much on other products with little or no results. THIS REALLY WORKS. In 5 days I’ve lost 8 lbs. Also when I check my ketone levels, if it’s on the lower end, one scoop, and it’s almost to the top on the test strips.

I've read the statements/facts about how this is not a true method of putting your body into ketosis. Indeed this is expensive and if taken as directed will probably last you half a month or a full month. However I do notice that the product has some positive effects. If taken in the morning on an empty stomach before eating, it will keep your appetite under control. You'll have less cravings for 'carbs' and feel satiated, especially if you stick with it and plan on having a cup of tea or coffee with some MCT based product a few hours later. Secondly, it helps a lot when you are in early ketosis on reducing the headaches.

over all this product did what it claimed, it did put me in ketosis and the flavor was very salt at first, but cutting back on how much I put in the scoop made this drink less salty, and found the flavor enjoyable. The reason for 2 stars is that my container was only half full and no way it was going to last full amount of time that the seller promised. So I reached out to the seller about my concern and they advised the scoop was a manufacturing error and was too big, giving you more product to drink than what you need in one serving. The seller just advised me to cut back on the amount in the scoop and it should last the correct amount of time before needing to order again. So I was disappointed in the response and for $60 a tub that up set me, I was following the directions only to find out they were wrong. I had I not emailed the seller I never would have known my scoop was flawed. So no I will not buy this product again!Revise to my comment: Since leaving my rating the seller refunded me and offered credit for a different item if I wanted to try, so Thank you for trying to make it right! Lemme start with the good: this does give you ketones. Good purple strip ketones. And caffeine. I love caffeine.But this also clued me in to what that hideous children's antibiotic is SUPPOSED to taste like. During the flu pandemic of 1968, my mother's family gathered at my grandparents' house for Christmas. Like, 12 of us in one house. My dad, my uncle, and my nana were the only ones who did not get sick and stay sick. They likely still had immunity from a flu epidemic in the 50's. I ended up with a secondary infection (was really little), and I had to take tetracycline. To this day, the word alone makes me queasy. Fast forward to 2003 or so. My 2 y.o. son had pneumonia that outlasted two rounds of amoxicillin, and we moved on to the nasty. Or tried to. I gave him the dose and watched his cheeks puff out and his eyes get bigger and bigger while I warned, "Oh no you don't, don't you dare, you swallow it swallow swallow....." PPPPHHHHLLLLBBBBBBBBBTTTT - right in my face.So that's what it tastes like. I mean, nowhere near as bad. It's doable. But I much prefer the version of this that tastes like orange tang - even though it doesn't have caffeine.
