This cooler stays cold all day. There can be condensation on the outside if you pack it into your suitcase with the cooling packs. Things get a little wet.

Just got this for my diabetic pens when I travel these keep the items fresh and the packs last up to 10 hours as stated.

The case I received was very poorly made. The lock is attached crooked (see picture) and it cannot be corrected as the lock is permanently fixed once applied. The zipper was incredibly stiff.This is a real shame as I loved the size and functionality, but trying to open a zip that constantly snags, paired with the poor manufacturing of the item, means this is a huge no for me.

I liked the protection of the hard case for the insulin pens when traveling. The ice bags fit neatly in the case adding even more protection from heat or from rough handlings. You can lock the case with an inbuilt lock that can be accessed by security. It kept my insulin cool for 24 hours and I had space for several insulin pens.

Great for refrigerated medications and traveling. Also love that it locks but is TSA accessible. Makes it easy for airport migrations and keep meds safe from unwanted access. Highly recommended.

This is a great kit to help store insulin that needed to be cooled. The case is made well. I love the locking device on it. My daughter takes it to school and I love that it has this, that way others leave it alone. The top half has a net about three quarters of the way up where you can put items in and they would stay there. There is a small pouch where you can add the ice packs. It can hold medications with ease and any needles needed. The pack is not well insulated so keep an eye on how cool it stays and how long.

Zipper broke after 2 months of use. Also, the casing is super thin so it doesn’t keep it cool very long. And, the cold packs it comes with are no good.
