This is the best vanilla the world. the flavor is strong enough to hold up in any recipe, without overpowering other ingredients. You can use the minimum amount called for in a recipe and not have to bump that little extra to get the affect you want in a cookie, cake, or pie.My only problem with it is the price. I bought an 8 oz bottle 14 years ago for $18. When I went to replace my bottle, it was $ 38 for the same 8 oz bottle. Folks that was some sticker shock, since I had seen it for the same $ 18, not 6 months ago.

Good flavor but messy getting it out of a wide mouth jar. I tried just cutting a small opening in the top but once it got wet, it just got messier.

Excellent product, very good quality for the cost, perfect for cooking and desserts.
