The quality is poor to say the least as it does not fit our model even their blurb says it does. To fit you simply align the two probes and twist. The reason why I have giving this a very negative review is the poor finishing to the two probes that are on the stem. They are thinner than the original one (not the stem) and the probes are not of equal size (one is slightly longer than the other probe). To get round this I had to remove the old stem from the broken whisk (it was one of the spikes that kept coming out) and swap it with the new stem from the whisk we had purchased. See image.

Fine, did the job & it arrived on time.

Difficult to fit and we had to adjust it a bit. It seemed loose.

This item replaced a similar balloon whisk which had much heavier wires. This whisk has more wires but of a smaller diameter. To date the smaller diameter wires have not been a problem, suitable for all but the heaviest whisking jobs.
