Love it
Am loving this product which my dermatologist recommended 6 months ago. I have slightly sensitive skin of Asian/Caucasian ethnicity and am on treatment for hyperpigmentation in areas of my face. A 100ml tube lasted me about 4 months (face, neck and decolletage). Unlike other high SPF moisturisers, this one does not make me look grey/ashen. It goes on smoothly and absorbs well. The one I recently bought online is tending to flake on my face and I wonder if it's old stock. I'm going to buy a year's supply in South Africa (you can get it in Clicks and other stores)- it's a popular product there so it should be fresh stock.

Great stuff just wish it was cheaper!
The Tinosorb UVA filters in this product offers some of the highest UVA protection you can buy. I don't think I've actually seen a sunscreen with a higher UVA rating. This stuff actually goes on surprisingly thin/easy and lacks any chemical smell. I just wish it were cheaper than $25-30 for a 100ml bottle. I use it sparingly (due to the cost) in conjunction with Anthelios XL ($25-30 for 300ml bottle!) for my 2-4 hour bike rides in the bright SoCal sun. Anthelios XL is heavier, greasier and has a chemical smell though so I'd prefer to use Biodera Photoderm if not for the added expense!

Caused acne :(
I bought this sunscreen because I have read many places that European sunscreens are superior to American ones because the FDA won't approve better sunscreen active ingredients that have been safely used in Europe for decades.Regardless of its effectiveness, it made me break out on my chin. I persisted in using it for about a month hoping it would get better, but it did not. As soon as I stopped using it and went back to Neutrogena, no more acne. For that reason I cannot recommend it.

Have bought it every year for a decade...
and can find nothing that provides more coverage more reliably in the summer sun. It's my go-to facial sunscreen in the summer (May - September in the mid-Atlantic, it's too heavy for fall/winter), and I'm now using it on my son's face which has a scar that cannot be in the sun. I used to buy it when it was 100 SPF and can see no difference in the 50. It serves as both moisturizer and sunscreen, and I swear my lovely skin can be attributed, mostly, to the year-round use of sunscreen.

Thick but ultra effective
Great sunscreen. Protects my face from sun damage. It's just really thick and when I sweat it comes off white. Other than that it is effective at protecting from the sun's ultra violet rays. I recommend it!

My favorite sunscreen for colder months
This is a wonderful sunscreen for colder months for my oily skin, and year-round for normal to dry skins. It is lightly moisturizing, has superior UVA protection and antioxidants.
