Transforming Spaces with Light
These lights are not just your ordinary recessed lighting; they are a game-changer! I recently purchased the Ensenior 6 Inch Dimmable Can-Killer Downlights, and I must say they are nothing short of amazing.First and foremost, the feature that truly sets these lights apart is the ability to select from five different color temperatures. With a simple click on the side of the box, you can choose between 2700K (soft white), 3000K (warm white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight) to perfectly match your lighting needs. This adaptability is a fantastic addition to any space. My wife and I prefer the warming settings.Trustworthiness is a key factor for me when it comes to lighting, and these downlights deliver. They are IC rated, ETL, and Energy Star certified, with a UL-certified wire terminal. This means they can be in contact with insulations in ceilings, making them safe and reliable. The junction box is thermally protected, providing an extra layer of security. In terms of brightness, these 6-inch slim lights use the latest LED chips with high lumens and low power consumption. They provide a remarkable 1050LM while only consuming 12 Watts, which is equivalent to about 110W incandescent lamp. This energy-efficient feature has the potential to save you up to 88% in energy costs long term. The frosted LED lens is also a great touch, providing anti-glare and scratch-resistant lighting.Installation is a breeze with these lights. Whether you're retrofitting an existing space or working on a new decoration project, the process is simple. Just cut a hole in the ceiling using the provided 1:1 hole template, connect the junction box to the cable, and use the spring clip to secure it in place. What's even more impressive is that it requires as little as 2 inches of ceiling space, making it compatible with various ceiling types and joists. The days of worrying about ceiling space are over! These lights are versatile, with a sleek and ultra-thin design. They offer smooth dimming from 5% to 100% and are compatible with most dimmers. Plus, they are suitable for damp locations, making them ideal for various applications, including the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, workplace, common areas, outside soffits, and other hard-to-reach spaces. We used it for our living room! Next stop, the basement! In conclusion, the Ensenior 6 Inch Dimmable Can-Killer Downlights are an absolute gem. They offer a wide range of color temperatures, ensuring that you always have the right lighting for your space. Their trustworthiness and energy efficiency are highly commendable, and the easy installation process is a major plus. These lights have made a significant difference in the ambiance of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. If you're looking to upgrade your lighting, this is the way to go.

Excellent lights for the price
These are great. Super easy to install and perfect brightness. I like the option to choose from 5 different color temperatures. Template was helpful for cutting holes in the drywall. Low profile once installed. Work perfectly on dimmer switches that I also got on Amazon from Cloudy Bay.

Awesome lights, terrible wire connectors
I love the lights - I've order 2x 24. Very bright and seem to be high quality. But, the wire push connectors are terrible. They only work with 14AWG, not 12AWG, and they are not removable. The manufacture should pay a few extra pennies to include 12AWG reusable connectors.

Commercial Contractor Use
Let me start by saying that I have installed a few thousand LED canless style lights in commercial buildings. I’ve worked with a few of the more popular brands here on Amazon that were good until they weren’t. Torch Style was my go to for the longest but they don’t have the selection switch to change the light temperature and they are way more expensive. I also used Amico which was a good inexpensive light option until they recently changed their boxes which are absolute flimsy garbage and barely have enough room in the box for two inlet connections which turned a previous project into a disaster. In my recent search for a good quality light with a sturdier box, with more room and came with the push terminals (already installed).. I came across these Ensenior Lights. They seemed to have everything I was looking for. I had a project coming up where we had to install 70 lights. So, I ordered a box to see if they were decent and figured I’d return them if they were junk. To my surprise, they were good quality. So. I bought enough to do the job. They even have a plastic protector on the face to prevent smudges while working on them. Although that is a little tedious to get off.So now that the project is complete, this is my full assessment.1. The junction boxes provide enough room to install three runs into them which I have yet to achieve with any other brand.2. They come with the convenient push wire terminals. Which is ideal for low voltage and quick installation. Plus they are already installed and you don’t have to do that yourself.3. They come with a protective plastic face wrap.4. The knockouts can be easily pushed out with your finger and don’t take a lot of extra work to remove.5. The box has plenty of room and is not flimsy.6. The lids stayed in place while wiring the boxes. This is a big plus as other brands, the lids fall off and don’t always snap back in place.7. They come with a temp selector switch. My opinion is the 4000k is the ideal setting for most applications. 5000k is a little to blue and less than 4000k is too yellow.8. The springs had just the right tension that made it easy to install or remove but not so much that it felt like I was setting a giant mouse trap. Other brands I can’t say that about. They were either too weak, too strong or fell apart.9. All of the lights worked right outta the box. Other brands I’ve installed, it wasn’t uncommon to come across a dud. Which is a pain when you’ve already made your connections.10. I cannot speak on the dimmability of this brand because none of these were installed on a dimmer switch.THIS IS THE ONLY NEGATIVE- Out of all 70 lights I installed there were three lights with connectors that didn’t match the other 67 lights connectors. This is the white lead wire connector. Most had an easy slotted connector but three had a flat spot at the bottom of the connector. This was a pain to sort out at first as to why my apprentice couldn’t get the connector to work but once we figured it out, we were able to swap lights we already had installed and fix the issue.I’m assuming they had a product update and the mix up made its way into the batch. For the record, I prefer the slotted connector as it is easier to get to slide into the other end.SEE THE PHOTOS

Yep, they work!
Positives:- Easy to install. Push-to-lock connectors inside the junction box make it simple.- Light intensity adjustment. Use the same lights for different rooms, and adjust brightness based on location (i.e. bathroom vs pantry vs hallway).- Low profile. Seamless look, on or off.Negatives:- Nothing immediately comes to mind. :0

So far, so good!
We have purchased 2 of these. My son in law installed 20 at his home and working good, brother in law installed 18 at a flipper house, and none have failed. All were set to 4K spectrum. They have a thin gasket around the rim to help seal any draft out. You MAY see through if the ceiling is textured, depending on the type and heaviness.
