Not for green tea lovers - but may be enjoyable to some
Shipping - 5 stars * * * * *Amazon Customer Service handling this properly after 3 tries - 1 star *.Don't understand why the 1st rep couldn't convey the message correctly the tea didn't taste right. Since the seller asked what does it mean by tea doesn't fit with an attitude.2nd rep stated will send me a link so I can return the product. Never got the link.3rd rep stated will figure it out and in the end still has all the info. mixed up.This is the 1st time that Amz C. S. has been this mixed up in doing anything. The reps were friendly, but didn't seem to get any info. across properly. As for the tea, the only part positive is it's organic. The plastic zip bag seems to indicate that one bought the tea in bulk to fill themselves and put a label on it.The taste is mostly bitter or if you dilute it enough, it doesn't have much of a taste. It really does taste like a very very faint Spring Snail (Bil Luo Chun), Dragon Well (Long Jeng) and other green teas further East of Nepal that has the sweet, nutty aroma. If you're going to have that diluted of taste, you're better off buying the Spring Snail and other teas for more flavor. No, I didn't burn my tea. You can't burn it cold brew style. It's also the best way to draw out the sweetness. Even the teas that don't taste as good end up tasting better cold brew to take out the astringency. When you do all you need to make the tea easier to enjoy and it still taste off and it's not even something to blend with another tea to taste better, then it's of no use. Very rarely are there teas that can't be blended to taste good. I taste everything very well due to a very strict and clean diet.It may be enjoyable to others. They can try it if they like. But I would suggest other green teas. If you're new to trying green tea, there are better. If you're familiar with a lot of green teas, this is not going to be that good. There are better tasting ones that cost less as well as higher. This has nothing to do with the tea being from Nepal or Himalayas. The producer doesn't have the same grade of tea as others. You can find some good ones. It takes a lot of trial and error to figure out which brand or producer offers a better tea to suit the individual. Not all teas labeled organic taste good. Not all teas that taste good are organic. It has to do with the grade, how it is processed and so forth. The same with single estate teas. They're not for everyone. It simply means that they are not blended with other teas outside of that estate. Even that can be handled improperly and it ruins the tea.I had over 100 different teas over the years with much of them being non oil blends. Everything from white to green to oolong to black and red. Oolong has the widest range since it's about 20 - 80% oxidized to fall under oolong category. Some taste more green and other tastes black. From low to high end teas, every other well known brand to the less known, I always try to do what I can to salvage teas than have it go to waste. Very few end up in the not drinkable dept.If this tea suits someone, then great. For those who are familiar with the green teas that have the sweet chestnut aromas, this will definitely remind you of the very very faint, lingering after taste of those teas after you dilute it enough. If not, it is mostly bitter without any prominent taste or middle ground that leaves anything impressionable.I don't think the seller is the producer. If I was the seller, I would look for a better tea to sell. You are building a reputation for your brand. If the goal is to sell more teas, then find the better producers. If my reputation is selling tea, I would not sell this even if given 100 kg of it.For the ones producing the tea, they need to experiment with oxidizing it to an oolong or black tea if not blend with other teas to be unique. The stars are more of a reflection of the tea, not anything else despite the odd customer service.

Green teas are supposed to be delicate. This one is HEAVY jasmine.
Tea arrived out of date. It's difficult to taste anything other than the overwhelming flavor/aroma of jasmine
