I bought this item for several friends. The product seems well made and worth the money. There were many selections for the design, and the customizing was easy. I bought mine mainly for Christmas gifts, but it is a fabulous house-warming gift. I highly recommend this item.

This board is so pretty! And the structure is solid. I ordered this gift to carrie with me on vacation to thank our hostess for putting us up. But when my hostess opened it The engraving missed a letter at the end of the word. I wasn’t sure I was going to get help as it had been over a month since I purchased it. Amazon connected me to the seller that evening and in two hours they had notified me that the corrected board was being shipped with UPS tracking TO MY HOSTESS. Wow! This company could teach lessons on great service. I WILL use this company again for gifts!

The tools are heavy and high quality; the engraving is so gorgeous and it was wrapped in a little bag... so lovely and ready to give as a gift!

I bought this for my sister-in-law for Christmas. It looked exactly as the picture. The wood doesn't look finished, so some oil conditioning may be needed. The print looked really good. The SIL loved the gift.

This is such a beautiful piece. I didn't want to go to a FriendsGiving/Christmas party empty handed. Since we're all bringing a dish, creating a charcuterie board on something they can keep/reuse was a great option. This was amazingly crafted & shipped days ahead of schedule. Thank you!!

The item was beautifully design and well-crafted. But there is no way to reach anyone from costumer service. I don’t know if the number given by Amazon is a real number! For an item that is so specific, I would love to speak to someone to make they have received all my directions. Great gift, but buy at your own risk!

I order it for my boss for Christmas . Delivery was very fast I order about 3 days ago and it already arrived. When I opened the package the board was beautiful just what I excepted but even more. I know he will love it !!!!!! Definitely will be purchasing again
