Bought Sept 17 top screen froze-up no buttons worked; unplugged waited a few only the UV and the 2 filter lites come on; repeated unplugging etc no change; company Impossibe to contact of course and guess what? Amazon no longer sells em.

Me and my girlfriend love this thing. Where I’m from our water treatment plant must load the water up with chlorine because we’ve been drinking water ONLY from this filter for a few months now and now every time I run the sink with unfiltered water I can smell the chlorine and chemicals. It WORKS! Only con for me is you can only filter 4L of water through it per fill up, and it does take a few minutes to actually clean the water. The flow is slow when you dispense water to your cup. BUT… so very worth it do be drinking truly clean water

The machine does exactly what it advertises and delivers clean great tasting water. The only issue that I have is that when it is done filtering the raw water, it must fill the filtered water tank a bit too full. The reason that I think this is because after filtering, the machine drips water from the dispensing area to the point that, if not caught, the drip container will overflow and leave a puddle on the floor! The work around that I found, is to set the machine to dispense 160ml of water after filtering, and pour this amount into a glass. This stops the drip problem. It's a minor issue, but one that needs to be fixed.

The industrial design is on trend and easy to match my kitchen decor. Delivery is on time and easy to assemble. The initial flushing and filtering required estimate 30 mins. I just need to follow the display instruction changing the water and let the machine do the work. 30 mins later I have the filter nice water to use.

The machine worked great for about 4 months, filtering water to about 6 TDS. Suddenly it crept up to 12, which I didn't have a problem with, but then it just kept rising. Now it's the same TDS as the raw water after filtering. The filters still show full life. When I contacted the company, all they told me was to turn it off and back on. When that didn't work I never got a response back. This machine is too expensive to only last a few months!

The package arrived poorly packaged, which gave me a bad impression. When I opened it, I noticed fingerprints on the water tank, which gave the impression that the product had been used. I took out the filters and they had drops of water inside, which increased my suspicions. In the end I decided to return the product, I could not guarantee that it is new and that it works

It makes great, tasteless water. Although I don't have a TDS meter to confirm the readings on the display, the system has filtered to no more than 99(ppm?). Other owners have confirmed the validity of the TDS reading on the display against their TDS meters, so I am confident with the results. I have absolutely terrible water here in FL, there is a lot of calcium, but worse yet, I've had a lot of rust and algae in it.Customer service is excellent and very responsive. I had a very minor problem with mine, and they addressed it very quickly and to my satisfaction.Replacement filters are available.My only minor complaint is the print on the controls and the display should be larger (I need my reading glasses to read the print, and if the characters were a decent size, I wouldn't need my glasses.)

The “CHANGE FILTER” is always on from the time I got and it beeps all the time.I have no idea what’s wrong and why the filter says change filter when it’s a new machine.
