Q: how is the packaging white shipping?

Hello. Each mirror is wrapped in a bubble film and then reinforced with thicker bubble bag. Finally, put it in a white pizza box and sealed with tape. It's very strong and durable. If there is damage, you can contact the seller, the seller will solve it properly for you. Thank you.

Q: I can’t figure out how to hang these. The drywall anchors/ screws provided don’t fit the hanging attachment on the back of the mirror…?

I just used a nail! They are light weight enough to hold up in drywall.

Q: Can you hang it with command strips? And if so which ones?

You could use command strips. You could use the smaller size ones and just put them on the back of each of the spots where it would normally hang from the nail. I wouldn't recommend using command strips if you're planning on hanging them anywhere where they could fall on someone like your bed or couch.
