This is a very nice water fountain., which i place in my backyard garden. It is beautiful.

I’ve had this fountain for less than ONE month and I have loved it - until …. the finish started flecking off in several places. This is very aggravating and disappointing because this is a rather expensive fountain. And this is just from normal use. No scrubbing or anything. Of course, by now I don’t have the box it shipped in, and the thought of trying to return it makes my head hurt, but beware!! Don’t waste your money. This ruins the look of the entire fountain.

I love this fountain but I wish it came with a way to order a replacement pump. Mine quit a few months after ordering it and the top decoration where the water comes out the paint is coming off. But I wouldn't change my mind on the fountain itself I love the design. Just needs a little more love. That's all.

The media could not be loaded. It’s a beautiful well made fountain. Pretty easy to assemble. I’m not sure about the paint chipping, time will tell.

I ordered this fountain in July and loved it. But hurricane helene blew it over and it broke. So I reordered a replacement. The base was noted to be broken when I opened the box. I wrote customer service and told them about the issue. They promptly responded that they would send a replacement base.They were very responsive and fast in resolving my issue.

The fountain works well and is nice and tall. However, the patina is peeling off already.

The media could not be loaded. I went with 3 stars because the bang for my buck is lacking. You can see from the pictures that it is a nice patio piece and aside from the tubing being a tad short to maneuver through the levels from the pump. It went together easily. It comes with pieces of foam as a splash minimizer but they do nothing to that end. I have to fill it daily which is a pain but worth it for the hummingbirds that seem to like it. It stays cleaner than the one I DIY’d so there’s that. The other pic shows the fake stone peeling away. That is what really tanked the value for me. That shouldn’t happen. I would not spend that much on this again if it can’t even last 3 months….not sure how to use it going forward as I do not want to seal it with anything that can bleed into the water since wildlife uses it….
