Good RO water filter with heater
I was but skeptical to buy this first because of rating, but this turned out to be great. I have been using it for last six months and faced no issues.Best part is i get filtered hot water no pain of heating over kettle or stove.Took one star away if waste water could be kicked out of the container, than collecting in same. But it does the job of reducing the hardwater from 400+ to under 30.

Good price, inconvenient directions
I bought 3 reverse osmosis filters and this is the least cost of all which has more functions such as making hot water. What caused quite a struggle was reading the manual. It was poorly made, one session even titled “maintenance and maintenance”. So it will case you a good 20-30 min to learn how everything works. The machine itself feels a bit low quality compare to my other filters. For example, The plastic feels softer, the opening is not smooth to use. But the multi function made it up.Overall, if it last long and qualified for true osmosis filter, it’s still worth to purchase.

Started out good
Bought this unit in May. Had a family emergency that took us out of town before we could install it. Installed the following month. Intalation was, for the most part, pretty easy. However, we did loose cold water in our reg faucet. It's now at just more than a trickle. Not sure why. The filtered water was great for a while till about 3 weeks ago (we are now in the middle of June). The water started smelling like sulfer. The hand book says it's from sitting. Only, there are 5 adults and a child living in our house and in this heat, the system is getting plenty of use. Plus we use it in our ice machine. But we did what the instructions said. To purge and let run for 20min. It did fix it for about 24hr. I'm having to purge and run the system every morning now and sometimes in the evening as well. Not only is it a pain in the.....but it's also a waste of water. Plus it's putting more use on the filters. To add to it, one of the lights went out on the faucet. Oh, and if anyone could tell me what the numbers mean on the display it would be much appreciated. Nothing in the book about what they are for or reading.

Faulty faucet
Product is good. But need help with replacing the faulty faucet that does not light up. Emailed the company the day I got delivery but no response. Have spent money on installation and don’t want to returned the product, if my faulty faucet is replaced. In the event I don’t get the replacement part, I will be forced to return the product. It just the display part of the faucet does not work. Thank you in advance for your help in this matter

Well made and functions perfectly
This is a large unit with an equally large reservoir utilizing a 2-stage filter system. The first is a normal activated charcoal while the other is the reverse osmosis filter. The set up instructions are easy to understand and easy to follow.Note: all measurements are in metric - milliliters and Celsius. They obviously ran the text through a translator just so they can put it on the US market. It is pre-programmed to dispense specific amounts of water (100, 200, 300, or 500 mL) or you can free-fill your cups. The built-in heater has 4 pre-programmed temperature settings: warm, baby formula, tea & boiling. You can also set a specific temperature you want the water heated to (in Celsius, of course.)Pros:* it's very easy to use with a touch screen control* produces very clean water* the built-in heater heats the water FAST - it takes about 2-3 seconds to heat & dispense "tea" temperature water* it's easy to clean and change the water in the tank* the tank has a built-in handle for carrying* access to the filters is through an easy-to-remove cover on top* you need to push an explicit "unlock" button to actually dispense water. This helps prevent accidental dispensing if you set something on the control panel or the fingers of small children go exploringCons:* it's metric, so we backwards Americans need to figure out how much and how hot through experimentation* the distance from the dispensing nozzle and your cup is fairly large. You will get a lot of splattering if you set a normal-sized coffee cup in the cup tray.* the power switch is in Chinese. I don't know if this was an oversight with my machine or they simply didn't care enough to use one of those "universal" switches that use symbols instead of words. It's no big deal - just flip it back and forth until it turns on or off.* the temperature button is labeled "Model," which means no sense at all. It probably should have been labeled "Mode"As a reverse osmosis filter, water dispensed has an "off" taste to it. This is because it's removing the minerals that give water its taste. This is fine with me as I use it primarily for making coffee. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

Easy to install and works well - PUREPLUS Tankless Reverse Osmosis System Under Sink
I got this RO filter to remove potential contaminants from my well water.I was able to install it myself. It was not difficult.I do not like to buy bottled water...too much plastic waste and who knows what leaches into the water during storage in those bottles. I prefer my own great tasting well water. With this filter I feel more secure knowing I'm protecting myself against many potential contaminants and not contributing more to the plastic waste.
