Works well for a lot of projects.
I like it because of the light weight. its ok, but it won't replace my gas pressure washer. It will remove dirt and grime, but it does not remove any stains or mold on my vinyl siding or concrete walks or driveways. It does not have the power to do this.

Handle broken
The item arrived with a broken handle. But I really couldn’t wait to get a replacement, so I just kept it.Broken handle doesn’t keep the power washer from working! But makes it hard to move around. The power washer itself is great! Cleaned my sidewalk and driveway.

The GFCI Plug leaks.
The factory gfci plug leaked the first time it rained and burnt up. I had to replace it with the older style plug. My old unit lasted 5 years with no issues.

Greenworks can't ship them not broken or missing parts
First one showed up with the handle broken, went through return process and then the second one arrived missing the gun holder. Thought this would be no big deal as they have a phone number on box and in instructions to call for missing parts. Except they won't send you that part and I have to go through process of returning it again and hope maybe the third one isn't broken or missing parts. Really disappointed as Greenworks makes good products and I have not had issues with anything else I have gotten from them in the past.
