For someone with a frame… I NEEDED this! It is sturdy for a 200 lb tall guy like myself. And it fits the queen size bed as I ordered; therefore the alignment was not off by any means. It is comfortable too lay on at night despite some creaking from one bar but it is new so I will give it a break. Lol. The drawers however are not very versatile since they have no handles and no internal frame so you basically have to just build them and push them in and drag them out from their top surface. What I recommend is strapping a string noose to the screws from the inside of each drawer so you can basically pull them out from the outside without struggling to grab them at night or with greasy/wet hands. Be careful if you have a studio-like apt. It does take up space. Queen frame still holds a queen bed but because of the headboard it will look like a king from the distance. Same with other sizes I am sure. Otherwise this is a very good product and worth the price solely because of the storage, feel, ease of construction and durability.

We bought this as an upgrade from our 20-year-old Queen sleigh bed. While it does not have the regal elegance of solid wood frame, it does have a modern look and a much lighter weight. I never expected to save room when moving up to a King. Yet the compact nature of this item has saved me a about 16 inches of room at the foot of the bed. Power outlet is nice but have not used it much at this point. Since I use my phone as a clock, having to get up to look at it on the headboard has been useless. We are still using bedside tables allowing time check without getting up. I do not yet trust the wobbly diffuser over my head. It shows no signs of wobbling, but since I now have a foam mattress, I have to use the headboard to pull myself out. My wife really likes the drawers. It is sturdy. Thanks primarily to me, it gets a 500 lb test every night. No issues yet. Make sure to pack your patience. It takes a little bit of time to put together and you will have styrofoam pieces everywhere. We were concerned about the mattress sliding off the bottom, but there is a small lip on the footboard that will hopefully keep it secure. Nice bed at a nice price.

This bed frame is great!! It is easy to assemble (25F) and took me less than an hour by myself. The storage under the bed is AMAZING!!! The only downfall is there is no lip, so the mattress is able to move around quite easily and hang off of the actual frame. The shelves above the bed are quite small as well, but a good size for books or small trinkets. The second shelf is great to plug your phone into the outlet and keep your phone on the shelf while sleeping! Overall I am very pleased with this product, especially for the value!

It takes time to put it all together but it's very easy if you follow the directions. I looks great in any room and strongly recommend.

The drawers are very flimsy and don’t have an efficient way to open the drawers. We have to buy handles for them. Other than the storage, the bed is sturdy

This frame is good for the price. It looks nice and more expensive than it is. It’s sturdy. It’s a little low to the ground and something in the frame keeps squeaking (despite tightening screws, etc.). The drawers are also a little strange since they do not sit in a track.
