Love the container, however…
Frustrated within minutes. What seems like directions is printed in micro font. Then after charging it appears it only stays on for 30 seconds. The lights are nice. But that isn’t my purpose for purchasing. It hasn’t stayed on long enough to smell the fragrance. So recap. I found the instructions. It’s says it stays on for 120 sec. So disappointing.I had it on the charger for a day. I wanted this to be the answer to my home smelling like I’m in UAE. So I’ll try the regular burner I stead

Great product but low battery life
Loved this product, great for small to medium size room or perfect for car. The only thing I didn't like was it shuts down pretty quickly as it heats up really fast.Overall great product, love all the accessories that come with it.

Short timer till it turns off
It works very poorly. There is barely any scent coming out of it from my incense I have put in it. I'd rather go back to charcoal. I am not happy with this purchase. It is a WASTE of MONEY.

Waste of money
The media could not be loaded. The charging doesn’t last long, and when you on the device it will last only for few seconds

I decided to keep it
I was initialing a return due to its short hold of power , a must daily charging needed, sometimes twice a day. But otherwise it is lovely and I decided to bare with it like the in-laws

Should have read the reviews
Like many of the reviews are saying, it only stays on for a few seconds at a time and you have to keep restarting it. it doesn't last long enough for the scent to go much of anywhere. Definitely would rather bur charcoal. I can smell scent if I have the burner close to me, but doesn't permeate the room like I had hoped.

Does not work
This thing stays warm for 2 point one seconds no type of force blows the scent out. Waste of money that I threw in the trash.

It's good
It is really good, except that the active state is small. You will have to keep starting it. The charge is out fast as well. You will have to charge it and use it separately.
