I broke the seal on the side of the lid and took in the aroma which I found most interesting, a cross between dried fruit almost raisin and plumbs with a slight hint of tobacco, then comes a tingling sensation in your nose..Anyway, I intend using these chopped finely and mixed in with the butter ghee fried onions and other spices. Very nice product, well packaged in an air tight plastic container. Arrived quickly after ordering.
