This item leaked at the nozzle tip after install. I had to disassemble it and put lots of Teflon tape on it which it shouldn’t even need. Eventually I got it to stop leaking. I did not want to risk more leaks by returning it.

The unit I received had a thread size mismatch on the compression nut that attaches the valve to the tank. I went through the trouble to locate and purchase a piece to adapt it to connect to my tank so I could complete the install. I did notice the compression nut that connects to the tank has changed in design and where I think this problem has stemmed from. The pictured nut is a hexagon shape and the one I received just has two flat spots on it. Seems like a mix up in specs when they sourced out more of these from a supplier and they didn't verify the thread size. I think the compression nut might be for 7/8" OD pipe, this is why the 7/8 thread slides right into it without touching the threads. Buyer beware, if I got one like this, they probably have a lot more fitted with this as well.Once I had the 3rd party adapter in place and my second attempt to finish this install. I turned the water supply on and I had a very fast and obvious leak. I checked all the connections with a towel and flash light and it was clear that the leak was not coming from any of the hose connections but rather from the valve control knob where it meets up with the valve housing. This tells me the valve cassette in the unit was also faulty. After two days, two install attempts, and driving all over trying to find parts to finish the install. I wasn't going to bother with trying to open up and diagnose the valve cartridge as well. Nobody should have to deal with this sort of quality control issues on a brand new product. Now I get to deal with returning this unit.Additionally: please correct the hose length in the technical specifications section which states the hose is 78". The title states 60" and the one received was fairly close to this length but only measured 57"

This is the best Bidet sprayer that can double as a Toilet sprayer. It comes in Matt black and several other colors. But I purchased the mat black. It’s very easy to use as both purposes. You’ll just love this item it’s a must have for the price. It was a great price by the way.

This works as described. I recently renovated our master bath and after purchasing an updated black toilet, we decided to also add some type of bidet spray. This works flawlessly. Easy to install and use.

The media could not be loaded.  Very easy to install. Hand tightened everything and has been working good for over a month. Only complaint would be hose is actually plastic, but with a metal coating/shell

Love the look but it is cheaply made. As soon as plumber installed water was leaking everywhere. He had to immediately take it off

I am no plummer and I installed it by myself, it was easy. But when i first put everything together and hooked up to the water line (toilet) it was leaking. I realized i forgot the small black round rubber. I redo the whole thing i did not use any tools actually. I tightened it by my hands. no leak after the 2nd try. All good. I love it. Will by again for our basement washroom. 😊

The nut in the picture has a hexagonal shape, but the one I got is flat on both sides. The nut looks like it is 7/8 inch and has an adapter on 1/2 inch; it is very challenging to install. When I turned on the water, the leak became immediately apparent. the point at which the control knob of the valve joined the valve casing. This indicates that the unit's valve cassette was also defective. Also, the hose length listed in the picture is incorrect (60 inches). The item I received was (57 inch).

Works well the water pressure was a slight issue but I figured it out! I like it my family and I feel very clean
