Sooo Soft!
Love love love!Bought the Joshua Tree NP option and couldnt be happier! We also purchased the Bedvcaty Crater Lake blanket as my husband liked that motif better. In comparison, not only is the Bedvcaty blanket larger and has a better stuff sack, but it’s $10 cheaper. Both blankets are the same feel when it comes to quality and amount of fill & fluff, both are well made, solid stitching, no loose threads etc.I will say that I am a fan of supporting the National Parks and Joshua Tree is one of my favorite places in the US- so, I am hoping my purchase helps this cause as this was a no brainer for me. Win win with this blanket. The snaps for the poncho feature are also better than other blankets as this blanket has a row of snaps, which really help make it fit better, keep it in place, and not ride up or fall off your shoulders like others can.The material is also BUTTERY SOFT! Like super soft. Im really happy with my purchase, cant wait to use it next camping trip and for many years to come!

Cozy, versatile camping blanket
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been interested in getting a blanket like this for a while, and I have great memories of hiking the Narrows in Zion, so when I saw this National Park Foundation Zion down blanket, I jumped at the chance to try it out. As you’d expect with a down blanket, it arrived pretty flat, but I tossed it in the dryer for 20 minutes on the “air fluff” (no heat) option, and it puffed right up. It is definitely not as puffy as a down comforter, but it’s lighter than one, too! The fabric is nice and the design is very crisp, though I noticed that the lighter areas are somewhat transparent and you can see the feathers inside if you look closely. The underside (on the Zion print at least) is solid black. The edges have piping sewn in and are very sturdy. The first blanket I received had a crushed snap so the poncho conversion didn’t really work well, and the replacement had some loose stitching, although that was an easy fix on my sewing machine.. For the price, I would expect the quality control to be a little better. The poncho conversion fits well and makes me wish I had more blankets that did the same thing! I tried this out on a summer night in southern California, so I can’t really speak to how well it will work in the winter – but it kept off the breeze and kept me warm without being too hot. I think the breathability is the magic of the down filling! I also tested this outside in dirt and mulch – as you can see in my video, it brushes right off and is very easy to keep clean, which will be wonderful for outdoor use.

Great Blankets
My boys love these blankets for the camper. They are as nice as far more expensive brands. Very lightweight and easy to fold back up and put in the bag.

Soft, lightweight, warm
Blanket comes in a sealed plastic bag. Once removed it has a moderate chemical smell that eventually fades if you leave it laid out to vent.Soft, light blanket. Somewhat easy to pack down since it comes with a packing sack made of the same material as the blanket. Just have to keep folding until it’s the size of the sack and then squeeze the air out and then it’ll fit.Blanket is warm and sized for a single large adult, possibly two adults if they lay very closely. The material is water resistant but not waterproof. I like the sewn in snap buttons to allow it to be worn as a poncho. Fits well but to note there’s no adjustment for the neck hole to make it larger or smaller.Overall a nice blanket, packs well and is very light. Versatile and warm.

Light weight and light warmth
It’s soft, light and definitely can pack to half the size of the stuff sack. Unfortunately, it is not even close to as warm as other down quilts that I have including rumpl and horizon hound. It’s sufficient overtop of sleeping bags on cold nights and I think it would make a good sleeping option for warm weather camping without a bag.

I absolutely love this blanket!
First things first, this blanket is amazing! It is super lightweight and very warm! I have been using it on cold evenings when I'm watching movies outside on the projector. With living in a cold environment in the fall it has been very nice having a insulated down blanket to stay warm. The biggest problem is my wife keeps taking it and using it because she has fallen in love with it. Another very cool feature is it has snaps on the edge of the blanket so that you can snap it together and turn it into a wearable blanket that goes over your shoulders! This blanket is incredibly warm and very lightweight and compacts down into a stuff sack. I have been very pleased with this blanket and will probably be purchasing another one so that my wife can have her own!

Love the colors!
Wish it didn’t come so flattened in the packaging. Took a while for to fluff it up. Not sure how well it works under cold temps but fine for regular day.

Barely worth it
A star for appearance, a star for Park foundation contribution and recycled material and a star for touchable pleasantness. Functionality has cons: little small to be useful as a blanket but good as a wrap, warmth good for a 60 F morning, ordered 2 (Yellowstone & black) and one (black) is definitely larger than the other.
