It turn up this morning on unraping it I find there are no instructions on how to use it , when whent to squeeze the mop out it does not work . So disappointing.

I found it didn’t fully close up until the pad was wet and was a bit stiff to start with, but it’s really great for doing my bathroom wall tiles.

No mop pads , the mop head was damaged on arrival , the push pull water squeeze no working , I got a refund , but wanted better product

I have to not used this much but I have found it does the job but I think it not the best for squeezing the water out but as it’s the first one I’ve bought that does squeeze out water I will give it the benefit of the doubt

The product didn’t retract ans mechanism didn’t work. Base also broken with plastic snapped. Extended conversations with the seller, and in the end had to ask Amazon to intervene. I would not recommend

Perfect especially going round corners

Easy to use and makes life easier when cleaning wooden floors as it's just damp and great that you can wash mop pads. Clean and fresh everytime.
