Very good quality, build and works extremely well. Would recommend this water heater although initially I was put off by the low price but it is just very good value for the money. Now installed and working and delivers hot, warm or cold water by turning the dial around to the temperature required. The 15 mm push fit connection for the cold water inlet makes this easy to fit and the electrical connection just as easy. The unit should be connected through a fused and switched spur (13 amp) or a direct feed from your fuse box (consumer unit), depending on your location you may want to consider an RCD circuit breaker although this may not be essential as the water heater is very well insulated with plastic parts for the on/off and heat control. Was tempted to buy the Redring heater, a make I know well but glad I opted for this cheaper but still well made heater. What's not to like!

The water flow is very poor. Only good enough to wash your hands not really good enough for filling the bowl to wash the pots in.

I have tried triton water heater with the same power and wasn’t working at all. This work as treat. Not the fastest flow if you want really hot water, but for washing hands and glasses work great.

i was replacing an old galaxy heater, screw holes were in different place but easily rectified, 15mm push fit water connection, terminal block for electrical connection. The only criticism is that the flow rate is quite poor but adequate for hand washing.

Stiebel Eltron Technical Services replaced a faulty unit. The new unit runs really well and i would recommend it. Contact with Steibel Eltron Tech Services was good and service was prompt.

I ordered two of these in 2020 and within two years and only using one of them for about 50% less than the other over the last two yearsIt’s packed up - granted these are easy to install but if they don’t last - what’s the point?Disappointed for sure.

we were looking something like this easy to install and cheap and best for rental property. I think this is best.
