The seat sockets and screw alignment don’t match. The seat has a roughly stapled leather finish.The above was perhaps an aberration. The brand owner got in touch and duly resolved my issue and was happy to accept the feedback. He also expedited the refund. What the product lacked the brand more than made up in addressing through excellent customer engagement

Looking great, comfortable seating
The chairs look very nice and are comfortable to sit on. Assembling them is rather easy, except for fixing the seat onto the acrylic body of the chair.
