5 star product!
I can not fault this cafetiere, apart from the underside of the lid being made out of plastic, it scores well in all departments including looks and functionality. My last glass one broke so I purchased a metal one which had to be returned due to the metallic taste in the coffee. Next logical step would have been to go for Pyrex. Highly recommended for price, quality and a reduced probability of breakage.
