Crystal clear dab radio perfect for those Saturday afternoons listening to the football while stuck at work. strong frame around the radio and a strong aerial too. It is loud, but for building sites or in my case a workshop sadly not loud enough to drown out the air tool all the time. I also really like the fact i can charge my phone and connect it via Bluetooth.

Very sturdy and robust, use every day on a building site, hubby and lads on site love it. Phone protected, charge it and play favourite music direct from phone, good quality sounds. Purchased another battery, tunes/radio all day long.

Sound is ok not as good as my work mate one that says hitachi on it this is why only 3 stars

Very good DAB site radio and it charges your phone which is a bonus

Looks good, feels good, sounds mostly fine on FM although something rattles at higher volume. Like the 'phone/Bluetooth features. But I bought it primarily for DAB radio which it won't pick up. I've seen the same problem reported in some other reviews which I ignored because my old Pure 1500 pocket radio works fine on DAB and this web site [...] shows a long list of DAB stations as having good reception for my postcode, so I thought it should be OK where I live - it's not. If you're thinking to buy one try one first at your local stockist. I'll be returning it - a shame as the new Hitachi drill/driver set I bought in large part for the batteries and charger for the radio will also have to go back.
