Mev Fire Bible: Black Bonded Leather - Modern English Version

This Bible is excellent! The Modern English Version (MEV) is not a whole lot different than the English Standard Version (ESV). It has excellent study notes, and wonderful articles. I have learned so much. But be careful, I find myself following rabbit trails and losing all sense of time! :) Not really a bad thing to get closer to God, but late dinners are hard on the system. LOL!

Good study bible it helps to grow spiritual.The binding is excellent. But the pages are very thin and the font size is also too small for them who has specks.The study is excellent. It's not commentary bible it's helps u grow more spiritual and apply to ur daily life.mev should come up with good thick pages for bible. All their bibles have thin pages they should do changes in it otherwise it has a good easy translation who like kjv. It's like u r reading kjv but in modern English. Easy to understand God words.

This is the wonderful MEV version study Bible I bought but had it indexed. It is wonderful but does not come indexed, so I had it sent off and indexed and it cost me more than $40.00, I really don't know it it was worth that. They really should have offered this one indexed. But, I still love to use it as a study Bible. It is easy to read. No matter what version I get, I always compare to the King James Verion if it doesn't fit, I don't use it, know what I mean. Scripture even though easy to read should always have the same meaning.

Truly enjoy picking it up as it 'fits' so perfectly in my hand. Very attractive as well. The additional information by such renown scholars is eye-opening and astounding! Highly recommend this MEV version as an 'easy read'..!!

I just wish I knew why the other versions were not being produced. Flexisoft cover - Those bible were made with great care, from page quality to word layout, but this one feels like the details were just out you to the wayside a bit.
