This is the perfect size for long ones and casserole dishes. It’s sturdy and nice and thick so no need to worry about it getting too hot on your counter.

This looks great but also works so well. It has little silicone type feet so it doesn’t slide around and scratch surfaces. The iron is heavy duty with some good weight to it.

The trivet is strong and made well. Suits my purpose for what I'm using it for. The rubber tips for the feet are a plus. I took mine off because I placed on an electric fireplace stove. Nice for other areas that you don't want scratched.

I thought I was getting 2. It is much smaller than I thought and very light for cast iron. Does not get hot like cast iron. But it does the job.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my brother-in-law, who is a very talented Home cook. He lives in a very gorgeous home with an unbelievable kitchen. I had cooked meals in his kitchen before and asked if I could put hot pans on there, Stone counters, and he said please don’t. He just got a kitchen towel and had me put it on that. For Christmas I brought this and he was very impressed with the weight and high-quality of this trivet. He now leaves it on their counter next to their stove for ready use.

really like the overall look it adds to the top of my woodstove. I have a cast iron steamer that sits on it and the water last a good long time.
