Comes preassembled
Great value for the money. I usually buy party hats from dollar tree every year. I did the math and these came out cheaper per unit. They come preassembled. I bought in bulk so I won't have to buy these for another couple of years.

Best hats
These hats were perfect for my son's first birthday party. No need to assemble, they come stacked and very well packaged. Very good quality, sturdy. Bright, vibrant colors. They fit children and adults. It stayed on his head as he moved around. I saved the extra ones for future birthdays. I would definitely buy these again.
