This keyboard is not only a good value, the keys feel fantastic, the switches are smooth and responsive. The case around the keyboard is solid and sturdy and has a nice heft to it. 100% recommend picking this one up for yourself or as a gift.Definitely note the LEDs are south facing when considering other keycaps, especially shine thru ones.

Box came slightly damaged due to Amazon packaging, but it came new as described. It worked right away, but required a firmware update to change the function of the rotary knob. I switched out the press the knob to mute function with play/pause. Keyboard is pleasant to use. I suggest a wrist rest in conjunction with using this keyboard. My first mechanical keyboard so I’m probably not as critical about certain mechanical keyboard details as others. Excellent value for new mechanical keyboard owners.

I received this keyboard mainly for non-gaming use. The quality is good, typing was good, but the backlighting was terrible. The key caps do not allow light to shine through them, only under the keys. The numbers lock and Cap lights are so low that they aren't visible and the way the light shines it is very uncomfortable to look at the keyboard. I am returning it for a different keyboard.

Perfect accessory to round out my gaming set-up. Excellent brightness and volume control, good backlight options. Love how customizable it is. Comfortable feel. Good tactile responsiveness. So far has held up very well to extensive use.

If you want the typing experience of a mechanical keyboard, this product will probably fill your needs however there is no "Num Lock" indicator light and the "Caps Lock" indicator is dim and viewable only when looking directly down at the keyboard and only when backlighting is switched on. The Num Lock indicator light is especially important on a 96% keyboard as Page Up, Page Down, Start, and End are accessed using the number pad.There is no per-key backlighting capability as it is not part of VIA software according to Customer Service so you're stuck with the dozen or so included gaming-style lighting schemes plus manual adjustment of hue and brightness. Backlighting glares in my eyes when sitting at this keyboard. Customer Service is responsive on email but had no solution to the "Num Lock" issue. VIA allows key functions to be assigned easily.Build quality is excellent; I only wish the backlighting was better designed.

I bought this for work, but was so impressed with it, I purchased a V6 for home.The brown switches work great, but are replaceable by a wide variety of different switches they offer on their site. You can also get different knobs.The keyboard is programmed through a web site called Via, which is perfect because it eliminates the need to have an app running at all times just to control your RGB or key customizations.Everything is configured on VIA's website, and saved directly to the keyboard. You can even save multiple profiles. Setup macros, custom keys, etc. Can't beat it.

The keyboard "falls asleep" After a break I will start typing only to realize, nothing i typed appeared. Frustrating as hell. Not a good deal at all.

This is my second Keychron Keyboard.I have Keychron V6 but I wanted little more smaller form factor with numpads.This is perfect. The brown switch is excellence feeling. Stabilizer was good and no needed to adjust.Keycap is PBT double shot and only I did was tape mode. That's it!I would buy if they have upgraded gasket mount version.
