Purchased to replace a 26 year old loo lever, and I’m am very happy with the item. Looks good, works well and very easy to install (fits well without the need to make any adjustments). Seems solid and sturdy. Glad I went for this rather than some cheaper options.

Problem with cistern arm
For such an expensive item one should not have problems with installation. The small set screw that holds the plastic arm on the shaft did not match the size of the hole and could not be tightened. After installation, I finally had to stop it from sliding with a piece of wire, which is totally unacceptable.Also, the angle of the porcelain handle is too high (the handle is pointing upwards) and cannot be adjusted.I would not buy this one. I would settle for another, perhaps cheaper one.
