Mit ordentlich Nachschärfarbeit top
Das Messer muss initial ordentlich nachgeschliffen und am besten vor jedem Einsatz mit einem Lederriemen poliert werden. Dann wird es immer schärfer und man kann einwandfrei damit arbeiten.
