Didn’t quite hug the ear as desired

Work good when connected.
Hard to stay connected to blue tooth. Also, cannot control volume .Have tried tapping on earpiece which is the control, but it does not work.

I can't figure out how to put the earpod into my ear. .

Disappointed
Too small for my ears touch button not easy to use kept turning off every time I tried to adjust them didn't find them comfortable at all also too easy to accidentally change language I had in Chinese for a while till I managed to change also because they were not in the correct place the volume wasn't good enough very dissatisfied I will not recommend these to anyone.
