I can’t speak to the listing when others bought these but (at least now) there’s a size range info so I fully knew what I was buying & in fact this is exactly what I needed as my 5 gal tank is already pretty full of decor items to keep my betta engaged & active. I wanted some natural driftwood to slowly leach tannins & bring a bit of natural elements to my colorful trippy underwater wonderland tank. These are just the right size & in fact I actually received two larger curved pieces that were small in diameter but much longer that even the stated sizes!My only quip with these though is even after soaking in boiling water then conditioned tank water for over 24 hours only one piece actually sank & everything else floated. That was disappointing BUT I have some pliable lead anchors for my live plants & adding those to the ends allowed me to sink these in my tank. Not ideal but it works!

These are perfect for Betta tanks, jumping spiders, and any other tiny critters you may have.

I purchased this product to augment some larger pieces of driftwood I bought from another seller. I was looking for small, but interesting pieces. Well, I did get small. I basically paid $9 for five mostly straight twigs. I convinced myself that the convenience of a quick soak and ready to go was worth it. Didn’t happen. Boiled and soaked at least 10 times, and still leach more tannins than a Tetley teabag. I could have done the same with sticks I could pick up in my driveway. I think the proper instructions should tell you to boil and soak until you lose interest in the hobby, and throw it in the trash.

I wasn't happy with how small they where for how expensive. Annoyed there wasn't anywhere mentioning rough size
