This is an old design but still very effective especially for carrying larger items. I think the straps are more durable than a zip. The quality of the heavy material is good and compares favourably with another very similar bag I have still in use that's over 40 years old.

I bought this for camping to keep all our spare poles, pegs and tools in. I wanted something strong and easy to carry and this looked like it would fit the bill, being the right sort of size and having good reviews.On opening I realised there was no zip, something I'd failed to notice in the description. Initially I thought this was a deal breaker and that things would too easily fall out of the bag with only the straps to rely on, but I needn't have worried. The straps allow you to pull the opening tight shut with a good overlap of fabric, keeping everything nice and secure inside.The bag appears pretty well made with thick, strong cotton canvas fabric, good strong handles that wrap right round the bottom of the bag and are comfortable to hold even when heavy, and three straps with metal buckles. One minor quibble is that the metal end protector came off one of the straps when I was tightening it, but I put it back on again and gave it a good whack with a lump hammer on both sides to make sure its firmly attached.All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase, especially given the price. Time will tell how long it lasts and how well it stands up to the rigours of camping trips but first impressions are very good.

I bought this bag to make a "Power bag" for weight training. The straps and handles wrap around the whole bag and so seem pretty sturdy (although I haven't tried throwing it around yet). The canvas material seems pretty durable too.It lacks velcro/zip to seal the bag and for that it only gets 4 stars. I did realise this before I bought it (from reading reviews) and so the bag matched up to my expectations and at a very good price!

Good bags, well made. Old school material... I was reluctant to buy these as they don't have zips, but after getting out a big duffle/luggage bag that i hadn't touched for around a year, i found all the zips had corroded and jammed. Will never get that problem with these bags.The tie straps actually work really well, but one thing to consider is that the bag can't be over packed, as then it won't close nice and neatly. But once loaded and strapped up, i have no concerns that everything will stay in place and protected! Great for the price, am using them for storing camping equipment.

Purchased this for my Hubby as a present as its a replacement for his old tatty one. It's great, very large in size and extremely strong. It was his preference to have straps this time instead of the broken zip on his old one. It will hold lots of hand size gardening tools as this was the main feature why he wanted it. He will even be able to fold in half with tools inside and it will fit in his rucksack. Pleased with purchase...thank you.

I purchased this bag to store tools such as planers and chisels. The bag handles are very strong and well made. Thank you for a fairly priced decent product.

Not too bad at all but would've liked more reinforcing on the handles where they attach to the bag itself. May start to pull away in time.Definitely not colourfast though when exposed to sun even after a very short time. Starts to turn yellow !!!!

This is a brilliant tool bag. The heavy canvas is strong and robust, while the stitching and overall build seems to be of a high-quality. A little surprising considering the price.There's plenty of room inside, and the handles are strong and comfortable to hold. My only complaint is that it would have been an good idea to include a zip, velcro or other additional means of keeping it closed. The straps do seem to work, but for peace of mind I would like to have seen something else included.

Nette Tasche, etwass ungewöhnlich, weil kein Reissverschluss, das hat aber auch Vorzüge, weil genau der nicht kaputt gehen kann. Stichwort "kaputt gehen" leider sind die Metallkappen, die die Verschlußriemen vorm Ausfransen schützen sollen innerhalb kürzester Zeit (eine Woche) abgefallen. Nicht schlimm, aber schöne ist halt anders.

Ce sac est tres pratique et parait aussi solide. A noter (et c'est detaille dans l'offre) qu'il n' y a pas de bandouillere ni de zip. Cela etant dit, ca n'enleve rien a l'usage prevu pour ce sac. La couleur olive est sympa.

Sin tonterías ni chorradas. Una bolsa para herramientas sencilla y resistente para guardar repuestos y objetos heterogéneos en viajes largos. Su color es ligeramente bilioso, pero discreto. Sugiero darle un lavado antes de usarla.
