I have used this product to remotely control from the house lights in the garden and it works well. Although it is not complicated to wire the switch box it is incredibly fiddly. Also I needed to use Google to establish which were live, neutral and earth terminals.

Today the circuit board expired on the number 1 switch unit. Has been installed and working perfectly for almost a year.When the (gone) fuse is bypassed there are sparks and smoke coming from the board.

Works well, but is very tight fitting

Easy to install if you have a bit of electric knowledge if not seek a professional but works great and much small than some other offerings doing the same job

Did what i needed it to do. Arrived on time.

Used to remote switch some garden lights and a water feature. This was without doubt the most fiddley and awkward thing I've ever wired up, not enough space inside. The load and supply terminals did not have enough space to insert the wires and I had to pry them open. The glands threaded when I tighten them up making them non waterproof. I did not trust the very cheap looking fuses and replaced them because I had better ones on hand. It was a battle, but in the end I installed it safely and the remote works fine. I would spend more money and buy a better quality unit next time, this one is not worth the money or hassle. Not recommended

Good product works well, if your using solid drawn cables instead of stranded then it can be a bit fiddly. Max cable size is 2.5mm2. Definitely recommend. After powering up if its not working with the remote open the box up, you will see a green LED and next to it a reset switch, press the switch and it will all work well.

Product is excellent. Works like a treat. Might didn't work initially because my remote wasn't paired. To do that (once wired in and connected) you press the small button in the top right corner till the green light in the junction box flashes then press the on button for outlet 1 for 1 second. That bit of advice is not in the instruction leaflet.
