Excellent Quality.
Brightly colored and highly visible which is exactly what I was looking for with every day riding. Ample padding in the palm area and the strap makes for a very comfortable fit. Size is true to standard gloves. I love the extra padded protection on the back of the gloves. They become more comfortable after being worn a few times. Will definitely purchase again.

Using as Batting Gloves
My softballer is using these as batting gloves. They last way longer than traditional batting gloves, are more padded and about half the cost.

Slightly above average for this price point
Overall , these gloves are what I expect in this price range .They do have fairly thick polymer pads atop the hand and fingers to protect you from slipping off a tool or a nut breaking free and your hand flying into an adjacent surface .The pads are a generous 5 mm or 3/16 inch thick .The medium size fits my hand perfectly but I have relatively small hands .The palm of my hand is 3 and 3/8 inches wide and my middle finger is only 3 and 1/8 inches long .My middle finger is comfortably at the end of the glove so if your hands are much bigger at all you will definitely need to order the large .I reluctantly give them a 4 star rating due to a separated seam at the inside of the right wrist ( pictured )Hopefully this will not propagate into a larger tear since this portion of the glove experiences the least amount of stress but I must make note of it as a quality control issue .The hook & loop closure at the wrist should minimize stresses at that location .Overall I like these as they fit my hands well and appear to be as solid or superior to other gloves I have had in this price range

Fit me well, but slightly more tight than most large gloves I buy.
If you like looser gloves, order the next size up.

Great gloves. Give these to your "hard to buy for" guy!
I get told I am “hard to buy for” by my family. As a DIY guy, who (really is) hard to buy for, I am given mechanic’s gloves frequently. So, while I am by no means a mechanic, I have been buying, wearing, and receiving as gifts, variants of specialized work gloves for about 20 years. They range from very cheap Centurion, up through pretty decent SUG, or Mechanix Wear. (I attached a photo of a sample of a few tiers of gloves I have next to the Dex Fit. I currently have about 7 different pairs in various states of wear.) The Dex Fit are a different class from any mechanic’s gloves I have ever worn.At first glance, you can tell these offer significantly better protection for your fingers/knuckles/back of hand when the bolt gives way, or the socket slips off the nut. You can maybe tell by the number of different parts put together, they have optimized fit and mobility. There are an amazing number of parts in these gloves! I have only worn them for an hour or so, blowing leaves - light duty, and something normally I would just wear leather gloves. They proved comfortable, with no discernible hot spots from uneven wear pressure points. Wearing them while working in my shop for a bit, they offer dexterity better than all but the thinnest gloves. I will update once I have some significant time in these, but here are a couple other observations early on:These gloves are influenced by a few features that are key to my cycling gloves – The vibration-shock absorption panels in the palms, and the sweat wiping terrycloth on the back of the thumb are direct cycling glove features. With some power tools, the shock pads should reduce fatigue. It may sound gross, but the ability to wipe sweat out of the eyes while working will be appreciated. The conductive fingertips enabling phone use to replay youtube videos mid project without removing the gloves will be a welcome feature. While it is reinforced, and is great for added grip, the rubberized pad across the palm at the base of the fingers is the only place that is maybe a wear spot if you wear them for repetitive jobs. I would recommend not wearing these doing lawn work or other repetitive activities that wear normal gloves along this strip. Wrong tool for the job. Other than that, I don’t know of any weaknesses. These are clearly not the least expensive gloves… but they are by a large margin the best thought out mechanic’s gloves I have ever used. Any guy that does any work would love these.

The pinky finger?
At first I liked the gloves as they seem very well made and liked the knuckle protection but the pinky finger is about 1/2' (13mm) to long. Maybe I have a short pinky? My other gloves are slightly long in the pinky but not this long. Sad to send them back.

Overall outstanding gloves
Well designed, protective and very comfortable. They seem to be true to size. They are clearly the best (and most pricy) work gloves I have owned in more than 60 years of working with my hands. I liked them so much that I purchased some for family. The only concern I have with the gloves is quality control, which is why I did not give the gloves a 5-star rating. As shown in the picture, the stitching of the thermoplastic rubber on backhand area of the right pinky finger is missing. Since I did not see any other obvious issues with the stitching, I am optimistic of the long-term durability of the gloves.
