Spent forever looking up which coolant I should get online for my 1992 MX5. OAT or non-OAT, silicates or non-silicates. The conclusion was that you want neither, but the thing is almost all coolant available in the UK had either OATs or silicates. This was the only one I could find that didn't involve getting it from abroad or that wasn't some discontinued unavailable product that actually fulfilled both of these requirements for my car, and for a great value at that.

I've used this product for every coolant change as its designed for older, cast iron engines that don't tolerate the additives in modern coolants. Put simply, it's relatively cheap; prevents corrossion (if changed every 2 years) and keeps the engine cool.*I dont really understand the "Warmth" star rating - think it perhaps means "Cooling efficacy" ?

Had my car classic since 1988 and it's always been run with Unipart IAT fluro grreen/yellow antifreeze. I've been looking for the last couple of years (didn't really want blue IAT), but it seems you can no longer get fluro green/yellow for old cars (you can get green/yellow OAT .. but its only ok for new cars .. OAT doesn't like yellow metals such as brass, copper etc). Thought it thought it best to replace my yellow/green IAT for blue IAT rather than run the risk a frozen block for the sake of liking the colour.

Had Comma brand for my vintage cars for years. Always given good protection and help keep crud down.

Purchased to use on old Skool Renault 5 GT Turbo which is having new Water-pump/Thermostat. Comma is a trusted brand. I’ve personally used comma products for many years without issue 🤙🏻
