It works for me
I have found I have had a good night's sleep since I have been using these patches.They have done what many so called tablet sleeping aids haven't done and that's let me sleep.

Felt sleepy instantly
I have tried many sleeping aids in the past and bone of them have worked. I put the patch on as per instruction and instantly started feeling tired, I got into bed and my entire body relax into a decent sleep state. I highly recommend. It says for adults only, however with my adhd and asd son many children's sleeping aids have failed, so I did try a patch on him, it helped him get to sleep pretty much straight away and helped him have a good night's sleep
