Update 12/20/23They stand by their product and sent me a replacement immediately. The earring is beautiful, really happy to have one to wear again.Today I decided to put this beautiful earring on and as I am putting the front part into the back post I am left with the studded part in my fingers and the post is broken. Very disappointed considering the price.

Clasp was way too loose. It fell out of my tragus within 24 hours of wearing it. Not what I expect of an earring of this price! Really disappointed.

I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas. It was exactly as pictured and I feel good quality. I did have to exchange it because it was not long enough. I didn’t realize there were sizes. Lol

I use threadless jewelry in all of my other piercings without an issue, but this one wouldn’t stay closed. It fell out within a week and I can’t find it anywhere, so that’s money wasted. I bent the post like I do with all of my others, so I thought it would be fine despite some bad reviews. I wish I would’ve gone with something else instead since I can’t even get a refund anymore :(

The earring was really cute and I had high hopes but after only wearing this for less than 24hrs, I have already lost it. The earring never closed securely. It doesn't lock in place. I wore this at the top of my ear in my cartilage piercing and it seems to have just fallen out. So bummed!!! :(((Update: seller contacted me & issued me a full refund. Thank you for rectifying the issue!
