TrackR TP1PKRETENGBK Pixel Bluetooth Tracking Device Key Tracker, Phone Finder Wallet Locator - Black

Cheap, doesn't come with instructions (even switching the device power on is unclear), an extremely confusing App,resulting the whole sorry device being thrown in the bin. It ate into so much of my time, I couldn't even be bothered to fill in the return forms. Utter rubbish. And I don't want to give it so much as 1 star but seemingly am forced to by Amazon or I cannot file this review.

Great product but arrived with a near dead battery. New battery ordered free of charge but disappointing that it arrived this way and had to process a new battery order.

This is my second TrackR and wow am I glad I have them. I track a diary and bus pass and these are really simple to set up and use! Small enough to fit in a bus pass holder and not make it bulky! though on the diary its not easy to attach without it being in the way.The backwards locate is great too. If you lose your phone you can use this to find it.Only two drawbacks. It can be really hard to open but if you roll some tape and stick to wither side it works. The beep could be louder. but I am still thinking of buying more!

Lasted less than a week on my little dog! It started bleeping continuously and unexpectedly which just terrified her. We took the battery out which was the only thing that stopped the sound. This must have disturbed the flimsy plastic casing as the next day the whole thing was in pieces. Not happy!!

As with the Bravo, I find these devices pretty intermittent in their interactions with the TrackR app.The pixel is in my view too fragile as it currently stands. I used the supplied thread loop to attach mine to a key ring and the pixel had disintegrated within a couple of months. First the loop holder broke, then it became difficult to access the battery and the front panel broke off.I spent a couple of pounds on a key fob to protect my other pixel. Search for "guitar pick holder key ring" and you should find something. Protected like this, I think it's an acceptable and useful product, albeit not as advertised.

The tracker app has to be literally within sight of the device in order for it to register. This has turned out to be completely useless, unless you lose it somewhere inside your own; if you're within a few feet of the device, you can find it/ make it ring.

This device is not supported, and the app required to use it is not available on the Apple Store or Google Play. Don't buy.
