Came fast and new. Does run pretty big. Only complaint is it doesn’t stay cold for too long. Other than that I’d recommend.

Good concept
I've had this for a couple of weeks, i use it a couple of times a day. I had foot surgery, and this is one of the best ice packs I've had. Very easy to use, and comfortable. Only con is the stiching where the slipper part and the ankle part meet is very weak, and will/can come apart

I just had one third of my foot reconstructed and this was just what I needed for recovery. It stays cold for a while and relieved my pain and swelling. It's made well, I'm so glad I bought it.

Great after foot surgery!
This was the only ice boot I could find that actually covered my whole foot. My surgery is on my big toe joint and this boot covers my toes completely plus my ankle. The cold lasts for the 30 minutes I need just fine. I ordered two more!
