Excellent quality and value
A very well made and sturdy vacuum flask, it keeps water hot for a good few hours, I would definitely recommend this item. Lid scews on easily, pours without dribbling and is easy to keep clean. Overall I am very pleased

Not working as a flask should do
The flask I received did not keep the boiled water hot enough to make a second cup of tea after one hour. When I filled the flask with hot water the outside of the flask was too hot to touch. I was told this is normal but that can't be right.

Great coffee pot
Great coffee pot. I did not find pouring slow just right for me. No odours. Lid becomes easier with use. Instructions on box useful .. I found 1 heaped tablespoon of instant coffee topped up by boiling water just right for me. Coffee warm for hours.

It did not stay hot for long after the first cup was taken.

Hmmmm
Had this two weeks.. Worked fine.. Then seal has come away from inside and water wasn't kept hot at all.. Amazon refunded
