Failed after 4 months
This replacement valve failed after 4 months of use. Cheaply made, will need to replace with an OEM part to be sure it works. Started to leak into the drum after the cycle stopped.

Time will tell. Use your shutoffs!!!!!!!
Remains to be seen how long this will last. Easy to change. But, I expect this to be a recurring replacement. Make sure you turn off your water at a "real" hot/cold water valve after every load of laundry. Don't give this .02 cent Chinese valve the chance to flood your house.

Fits NTW4516FW1
pretty good so far. Will re-inspect during next few loads to insure it is good. Left back plate off. Fit as should on amana washer top loader NTW4516FW1.Previous issue: no cold water would dispense. Only hot. Status stayed on sensing mode and just hummed. This part resolved tap water dispense… sounds normal. Would also recommend changing water hoses same time.
