Pretty color
I love a lip tint so I knew I wanted to try this. For a "watery" tint, this is surprisingly dry in texture. It dries down relatively quickly, but you really have to layer it to get a great color payoff. The applicator is a rounded tip rather than a doe foot which means it can be hard to be precise while applying but because the color payoff is limited you don't have to worry too much. The packaging component is very basic, which I wouldn't even think about if the formula was better, but since it wears off almost immediately I don't think it's worth the cost for the performance or packaging. I don't think it's bad, it just isn't good enough for me to want to get multiples of, and this one won't become a favorite of mine.
