Meddy Teddy Learns Lotus

My two-year-old loves the many Teddy products— the bears and the books. Help her to calm down and learn yoga. They are great for teaching the concept of Mindfulness.

I have 2 boys ages 2 and 3… my wife and I got them both meddy teddys and they are their favorite toys they own. Everywhere we go they have to bring their meddy teddys. We ordered these books and my boys absolutely love them. The illustrations are amazing, they really bring the adventures of meddy teddy to life, my kids actually want to learn to read because of these books. For only 6 dollars we bought a bunch more and are planning to give them out as gifts to all of our nieces and nephews, after all for 6 dollars you can’t go wrong, especially for the smile it puts on a kids face, my 3 year old keeps asking me when is the meddy teddy cartoon coming?!? Hahaha I love everything about the meddy teddy and especially this book, get your kids a teddy bear and a book and they’ll be in love!!!

Meddy Teddy Learns Lotus is a must-have for any kids' yoga teacher and parent to teach children about meditation through guided imagery and simple language. As an author and children's yoga and mindfulness educator for over 21 years, I love discovering new books to use in my classes and with my daughter. In this latest book in the Meddy Teddy series, Meddy Teddy and his family and friends visit Meditation Mount to learn from Master Teddy. I loved this sweet story and my daughter enjoyed reading it with her Meddy Teddy doll. The only thing I would have liked to see is an instructional page for how to practice the LOTUS POSE. I highly recommend this book!

My daughter absolutely loves the illustrations in this book! And indeed, the animal characters are quite adorable. The word choice of the story may be a little geared towards older kids, but maybe one day she'll appreciate the words, too. I also like the book's story since it focuses on learning Lotus position. It seems like a simple position, but it is an important one and a building block for anyone's journey into yoga or meditation!

Love Meddy Teddy products especially this book. We’ve purchased bears, clothing, yoga products from this company from their site. Always had a good experience with orders there and here! Helps teach my daughter mindfulness, meditation, calming techniques, good principles and practice at an early age. Hoping they make a Meddy cartoon one day. Also big plus: Daughter approved!
