Works Amazingly but...
I got it two days ago for College and love the upgrade. My schoolwork loads very fast, especially my coding work, etc. Liked that it came with a nice mouse and keyboard. As an extra, it opens up games like Fortnite, Battlefront 2, and War Z in 30 seconds or less timed and averages 120fps on the highest settings 1440p all the wayThe only bad thing was that when I set it up and went to move my files to the 3 TB disk it wasn't showing up on Windows and panicked but it was reading it on the bios. The solution was I had to partition the disk myself since it was brand new after that it worked. Transfered my files and still testing. I will update if anything happens to it but far enough solid built and carefully packaged. My box did come with a dent hole but the inside pc box remained untouched.Update: I will be returning it nothing wrong with it but is because of the performance I got when recording on OBS tried every setting and recommendation on YouTube but as soon as I clicked started recording fps dropping from 120 to 80. As my goal for this PC was for the FPS to stay above 100. Will be upgrading to the 4080 Model. Because everything else was spot on.

Startup was quick, computer is quiet and is awesome to look at.
So far, this thing is a beast. I have 3 monitors running no problem, I am just getting started but set up was easy, was packaged really well, shipped quickly and had all the cables I needed. Also came with a keyboard and mouse. I was able to return the ones I bought so that saved me 300. Keyboard is ok, not the best but solid (no usb ports so not great) and the mouse is a little aggressive looking for me (I’m old) but it’s comfortable and I like that I can make the colors solid (red it is!). So far, MSI is where it’s at. I bought in place of a second Alienware due to the price and a couple streamers I watch use MSI so I went for it. No regrets so far. I’ll update with any issues.

Arrived Perfectly
I needed a new PC after my previous one died and this one had the cpu/gpu I wanted and could arrive within 2 days. I've had this PC for a few months now and it is still performing very well. It arrived in perfect condition with no parts damaged or out of place. The only things I would replace would be the ram and the HDD it came with.

This has been ... a trip
So, the tower looks nice but that's the least of my concerns. I don't really car for flashy LED stuff but it's almost impossible to buy a gaming computer without it nowadays. It took a while to ship even though it showed in stock but that's the least of the problems.Like in another review my motherboard was jammed too far in. I couldn't plug anything into any of the ports. Why/how? I don't know. They haven't exactly told me any possibility, just that they're aware it's happened before........ I had to loosen some screws and work the motherboard back into alignment which wasn't a good start. The next major problem was the CPU temperature. Constant 90 celsius give or take, frequently hitting 100c and throttling. First of all, the motherboard this comes with effectively had the i9-13900k overclocked. That's not necessarily a problem but what follows is...The AIO cooler wasn't installed properly. After tweaking my CPU back to near base specs I still couldn't get below 70c even at idle so I decided to take this morning to check over the cooling. After taking the block off of the CPU it was immediately clear the sticker was still on the bottom of the cooler. They never took it off so it went CPU->thermal paste->STICKER->cooler. This effectively prevented any heat from really dissipating. This takes us to the next. The cooling system is noisy but that's not necessarily bad. Honestly I've never had an AIO before so I cannot compare; this may be normal. If you DO NOT hear it, then be worried! Download CPU Temp and check your temperatures. Even with low end thermal paste and the clocking done by this motherboard, you should still idle around 30-40c. If you don't hear the cooler fans spinning at a clearly audible pitch, it's because they're not pulling enough heat from the CPU.Now that aside, the machine was put together neatly. It does look nice. The motherboard they chose was decent. I immediately put in 64gb of Ripjaw RAM and set the XMP profile to 5600mhz and added a 2tb NVME drive for games leaving at least one more NVME slot. On the one side I was able to neatly tuck a 2.5 inch SSD behind the panel for random stuff and likely won't require the included 3tb HDD.It is an affordable computer for what you get. The RAM was definitely an off-brand and I'm sure other parts are too according to other reviews and the price but compared to the cost of similar computers it's worth it if you're on a budget. The important thing is it comes with a decent enough motherboard and CPU. If you wish to upgrade the graphics card later to a newer gen or higher quality brand it's easily done as is the RAM and everything else.Don't think of this as a top-notch machine but a good base to build upon and be prepared to potentially face some hiccups. If you're not capable of fixing these things yourself and don't have a lot of patience for shipping back and forth which I suspect would take weeks or months depending on if you have multiple problems then maybe check elsewhere. If you're comfortable fixing issues that may pop up and want a half decent deal, then go ahead. I just really suggest you check the motherboard alignment before doing anything else and then the CPU temperature as soon as you have Windows loaded.

Didn’t arrive on time but overall really powerful
My package arrived 5 days later than expected. The Pc came already set up so all you had to do is take out the inside and connect the power cable and turn it on, the pc runs really powerful because of its gpu (4080)

Solid but needs attention
One of the front three fans rattle and I fix it manually every few days. Machine is solid but someone missed something on my build

Great Gaming Computer
Grandson is happy with his new computer. Grandpa thinks it was assembled with very high-end components, thus the cost is justified.

Not bad
I wish they had the Z790 motherboard and a better type of ram. I got a trash ram that doesn’t have any heat spreader on it and it looks really cheap. In the product description, it says the cooler is 280mm but I got a 360mm so I’m happy with that. Cable management is done nicely. I had a 7 day delay with my package. They provide you with a GPU stand so that’s nice too. Overall the build is not bad, unless you overclock way too much. If you want a aesthetic pc this may not be the right one as there is only RGB on the case fans and the radiator which you can’t really see. Also the radiator for cpu is supposed to work as an exhaust and mine was Intaking air.
