I applied a thick coat and wrapped my arm up in cling film an hour and a half before my appointment. Lasted for a good 3 hours before it wore off. I have bought it since, and the packaging has changed, unsure if it is different ingredients as the new formula does not seem to be as good as the original.

Bought this to numb my nose slightly to change studs. Excellent.

Used this for a sternum tattoo and I did not feel a thing! I applied a good amount of cream an hour and a half before my appointment and covered with clingfilm, when the tattooist cleaned it off the area felt funny, then when she started tattooing I felt absolutely nothing!Have bought another tube for my next tattoo :)

I loved this product seemed to work , didn’t feel any pain and it tingled so you knew it was working

Worked well for lip filler appointments

I applied the cream as directed, around 2 hours before my appointment, and covered it with cling film. The cream ended up sliding around and oozing out onto my top, and I don't feel like it made any difference to the pain level at all.
